With more than 20 years’ experience and after approximately 2000 coaching sessions in Switzerland, France, Great-Britain, Spain, Germany, Japan, the United States and Hong Kong, the AEMD Method stands out for its direct and innovative action on emotions which allows people to perceive better and faster in order to optimise their behaviour.
The AEMD Method combines tools from an analytical approach with behaviour and cognitive therapies. David Démann, founder of the AEMD Method, psychotherapist and company director, has been increasingly solicited by corporate executives for the past ten years. This has naturally led him to develop specific tools and a business-oriented coaching approach designed to meet their needs.
We have developed the AEMD AT WORK support to respond to the issues encountered by corporate directors and executives.
