Clémence has extensive experience in the corporate world: she worked in an international environment at Henkel for 11 years. She then moved to the Tech industry and joined Amazon, where she led marketing teams in France, the US and the UK for over five years. Passionate about human development and leadership issues, and a long-time adept of the AEMD^® method, she joined the venture in 2022 and now runs the business. She also practises as Work Therapist.
