Our individual support goes beyond the usual “here and now” coaching contract, helping people to perceive better and faster and to optimise their behaviour. Although necessary, rational introspection is not enough. To go further, we propose an in-depth work on emotions.

Firstly, this means identifying your referential emotion, your "driver". With our support, you maximise your driving emotions (ambition, confidence, freedom, legitimacy...), you minimise your inhibiting emotions (fear, stress, frustration...), you liberate your instinct and your ambition.

Generate alignment, prevent tensions and defuse crises within your ExCo

First, we carry out an assessment which enables you to identify the roles of each person, their ambition driver, their ego mechanism and their interaction mode with others, as well as possible areas of fragility and deficiencies.
Then, we address specific topics such as: alignment with the corporate vision and strategy, the potential emergence of unexpressed expectations, the prevention or easing of tensions, the balancing of personalities, the bonding and cohesion between team members or ultimately the management of a succession plan.
