A corporate culture unites and mobilises employees. At the beginning, every founder instils their vision and values of their company. But what happens afterwards? Sustaining a corporate culture is not just a top-down process, a series of principles that the company director must instil in the employees. The challenge for the company director is therefore to succeed in inspiring the teams to constantly shape and develop their corporate culture.

Clarify and explicitly explain the foundations of your corporate culture

Who are you? Who do you want to be? How do you get to where you want to be? Who are you? Who do you want to be? How do you get to where you want to be?

We select a team to reflect with us on how you operate, your fundamentals, what you want to keep, change or develop. During this exercise, we help you to understand and clarify the dynamics at the heart of your corporate culture. We help you reflect on your uniqueness and express it in an emotionally impactful way!

We then work with you to find the right words, and to express the values and emotions that run through your company. To do so, we use examples from the daily life of your teams.

Finally, we invite you to challenge the results of this exercise within your community to ensure that they are seen as representative of your culture.
