From recruitment support to non-performance management, our main working tool is emotion. Although necessary, rational introspection is not enough. To go further, we propose an in-depth work on emotions.
Emotions are authentic and indisputable, allowing an almost instantaneous reading of a situation. This reading creates an inner movement generating an external movement: behaviour.

Rethinking recruitment

We help you rethink profiling by focusing on soft skills and going beyond cloning. We challenge job descriptions to think outside the box. We carry out assessments based on the emotional personality of applicants.

Analysing emotions to make a recommendation on:

  • the compatibility between the applicant’s personality and your company’s needs "culture fit"
  • the added value of the applicant for your organisation "culture add"
  • the GO/NO-GO decision

Supporting onboarding

The poor onboarding of an employee, especially if it ends in their premature departure, can be costly to the company both psychologically and financially. The benefits of a successful onboarding are numerous and represent a considerable time saving for the company: ensuring team stability, creating commitment, supporting motivation and boosting productivity.

  • A preliminary meeting with each stakeholder and a kick-off meeting
  • Weekly employee support for the first month, then twice a month for the following two months
  • A summary meeting with a cross-evaluation and highlights of the strong and weak points to be worked on

Managing employee non-performance

We help you identify the root causes of an employee's non-performance.

Is it linked to a lack of understanding, obstacles, limiting thoughts of your employee? Or to a real mismatch in personality, soft or/and hard skills?
We work with you to find the best possible path to change (redefinition of the roadmap, skills assessment, retraining, outplacement, etc.).

Signposted journey:

  • A preliminary meeting with each stakeholder and a kick-off meeting
  • Weekly employee support for the first month and then every ten days for the second month
  • A summary meeting to define the action plan and to consider possible support avenues
