Contrary to the traditional satisfaction surveys that focus on an instantaneous perception, our focus on emotions provides an in-depth representation of your teams’ state of mind and fulfilment.
Through this essential reading, we provide recommendations for supporting positive change.
1 Identify the emotions
We send you a link to the questionnaire to share with your teams.
Each employee accesses our online platform and answers the questions. Filling in the questionnaire is very simple and takes less than five minutes. All answers are anonymous.
2 Get the analysis
We gather all feedback and create a scorecard.
If the number of respondents allows, we can refine the results by sub-groups (gender, age, location, seniority etc.)
We will then send you the statistics and our analysis of the results.
At this stage, you will have a first emotional map of your teams.
